My client is a multinational 3PL with a standout brand and service across the entire globe. Due to continuous growth and a busy time of year they are currently looking for an Inventory Controller with warehouse experience to join their freight forwarding business. Reporting to the Director this position has a strong focus on servicing key accounts and operational efficiency. This is a clerical role so we're looking for someone with good admin skills
The Role
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating deliveries in & out
- Maintaining records & receipts
- Invoicing
- Handling of customer specific enquiries or requirements
- Keep customers informed & updated
- Consignment tracking and monitoring
- Data entry and processing into System
- Working closely with Sales & operations
Your Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Some freight forwarding exposure ideal
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills;
- We are looking for a good attitude & are someone looking for a stable permanent job
