POSITION
National Trade Marketing Manager
LOCATION
Western Sydney
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage all trade marketing programs
- Continue to nurture channel partner relationships
- Work closely with sales, product management and account management teams to ensure support plans are in place, and implemented on time
- Ensure budgets are achieved
- Manage and develop Trade Loyalty Program
- Conduct NPS surveys with customers on a regular basis
- Connect news, trends and updates to trade customers (via newsletter, portal, emails and through other means)
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of messages and identity with all customers
- Assist with POS development and creation
- Staff management of up to 2 x Trade Coordinators
- Coordinate the production of the price list
- Manage all trade media relationships
- Manage all local area marketing requests
- Report and measure the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns
- Event planning and management
KEY SKILLS
- A minimum 5 years trade marketing experience within a product centric business
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Strong leadership skills
- Extensive event management and trade show development experience
- Exceptional planning skills
- Demonstrated success with trade loyalty programs
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Outstanding commercial skills
