As the Technical Manager, you will report to the Head of Site and be responsible for functions incorporating QA, NPD, systems and innovation. The role will be varied and challenging, you will have the ability to drive change through a participative and consultative approach.

Your remit will involve the establishment and upkeep of technical and quality strategies, KPI's/metrics, identification of trends and implementation of plans to mitigate risks in the manufacture of products. You will have a high commitment level to continuous improvement, safety/quality standards and cost efficiencies.

With a minimum of ten years' technical management experience within food, dairy, chilled products or similar, you will possess previous experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams with excellent leadership and coaching skills demonstrated. Having had previous experience within meat/poultry industries will be highly regarded. This will be supported by a degree in science or similar.
