My client, a leading sales and distribution company based in the Western Sydney area is looking for an experienced Snr HR Advisor to work hand in hand with the HR Manager on a 12 month contract. The company has a global footprint with a strong brand name in Australia branches in over 15 countries. They are looking for someone who is an expert in project management and all things operational.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager you will be required to support all of Australia and New Zealand. This includes the full operational side of HR functions such as employee relations, remuneration & benefits, reporting, budgeting, recruitment & selection, on boarding, induction and record keeping. You will be required to design and implement HR policies and procedures to manage transformation. Deliver change management activities for each department including stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in a HR Generalist / Advisor role, with at least 3 years related HR work experience in Australia.
Extensive change and project management experience essential
You will have a qualification in a HR related discipline
Previous experience working with teams to implement change initiatives
You will need to be highly process driven with the ability to streamline activities
Excellent knowledge of the Fairwork Act, Australian Workplace Law and relevant Awards
You will have outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work with people on all levels in the business.
Ability to multitask in a highly pressurized environment
