The Company
My client is a global construction business based in Sydney's CBD with a proven track record in the commercial infrastructure space for the last 50 years. Due to a busy period on one of their major projects, they are looking for a Site Administrator to join the team for 3 days a week for a 3-4 month contract.
The Role
Support the Site Project manager, with the successful candidate possessing outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and work pro-actively. Responsibilities include:
- Data Entry of Invoices & Purchase Orders
- Support Project Accountant with ad hoc duties
- Admin support to Site Manager & Safety Team
- Excel & ad hoc reporting
- Liaising with various sites & project teams
Your Experience
You will ideally have some accounts & admin experience from a construction/engineering/heavy industries background. You will need to be able to start in the next week or so. You are driven, diligent & professionally presented. Finally, we are looking for someone with a good sense of humour with high levels of emotional intelligence. This is a tight-knit team and they are looking to maintain a strong culture within.
