Sales Manager / BDM
Reporting to the MD you will develop a small team of sales staff while also taking a hands-on approach to developing business opportunities proactively. We are seeking a consultative and solutions Sales Professional that is comfortable engaging at C-Level. Although this role has staff accountability, you will be comfortable leading the charge to grow revenue. This will entail attending industry functions, full ownership of the sales cycle, negotiating contracts, responding to tender opportunities and reporting on sales, margin and pipeline opportunities.
We are seeking an individual that possesses proven experience selling service solutions to a range of markets. By nature you are self-driven, disciplined, enjoy working within an autonomous work environment and possess the natural ability to lead and inspire others.
You will enjoy a role that promotes a consultative and strategic approach to fostering new client relationships. The work environment is open and transparent hence you will work collaboratively across the business to drive revenue growth at a national level.
With over 5 years relevant work experience - you are adept at negotiating at a C-Level, possess extensive experience responding to RFT's and consider yourself a Hunter in the pursuit of new business development.
- Base of $80k - $100k base (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus of up to $50k per annum
- Standard superannuation
