We are looking for a CRM Marketing/Retention Marketing expert with expertise in Adobe Marketing Cloud/Adobe Campaign to work deliver the best email personalisation, email automation, deliverability
Adobe Campaign, Marketing Cloud expert to optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns that deliver a high return on marketing investment and drive loyalty.
The successful applicant should have previous experience of leading a CRM function in a fast-paced customer centric environment, understanding of marketing automation. In this key area of growth for the business, we are looking for someone who will enjoy having the autonomy to make changes quickly and lead and advise on subject matter. You have the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and have a proven track record of turning data insight into commercial, actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities:

  • Execute Digital programs through CRM processes including Marketing Cloud email campaigns.
  • Build campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, making full use of all the modules; Advertising Studio Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation studio
  • Responsible for evaluation, testing, and successful implementation of modifications and upgrades in Salesforce
  • Create and implement automated lifecycle communications across email, SMS, push and in-app
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the data, technology, marketing and commercial teams to define, brief and effectively prioritise CRM and data initiatives based on business value
  • Work with the Insights team to analyse campaigns, develop customer segmentation and identify insights to inform on-going campaign optimisation
  • Develop a test & learn plan to optimise targeting, creative and content
  • Execute email set-up, deployment, and customer journeys using Adobe Marketing Cloud.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and document all existing interfaces and the supporting procedures
  • Develop and deliver targeted training sessions to current and new users; update existing documentation and training manuals, creating new documents as needed

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Advertising, Marketing, Computer Science
  • At least 5 years' experience in Retention and Engagement Marketing
  • Proficient in Tableau and Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • Strong ability to multi-task a successfully deliver marketing and CRM/Email campaign programs in a timely manner
  • Detailed oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working for a Technology or Digital Organisation
