The Company
My client, a traffic management company based in the Blacktown area is currently seeking a permanent full-time receptionist. Preferably for an immediate start. Great opportunity to grow within the company.

The Role
As the first point of contact you will assist in ensuring the Office is managed proficiently by exhibiting a positive and helpful attitude toward all clients, customers, contractors and staff involved with the company on a day to day basis
Your duties will include:

  • Answering and efficiently directing incoming calls
  • Welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Providing general secretarial and/or administration support as required
  • Data capture and loading information onto the system
  • Responding to queries, handling mail and managing registers / log book
  • General administration support, e.g. filing, copying, collating, binding, document creation etc
  • Assist in the copying and preparation of documentation

Preferred Experience

  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Be capable of meeting deadlines and able to prioritise tasks
  • Find creative solutions to problems
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
  • Have a friendly, yet professional demeanour, with a "can-do" attitude
