URGENTLY HIRING a Administration Officer for a Lane Cove based FMCG Multinational whose products are distributed Australia, New Zealand and Oceania Region. Your primary responsibilities will include customer liaison, sales and order support, general administration and reception. You will be liaising with both medium and large national retailers.
The duties for this busy and varied role includes;
- Managing reception, appointments and meeting rooms
- Managing the client data based profiles and coordinating documents
- Various forms of data entry
- Taking orders over the phone and through email
- Preparing checklists, basic letters and formatting reports
- Coordinating with the Sales team regarding orders and stock levels
- Provide assistance to the Sales team as required
- Build a strong relationship with new clients and colleagues
