With the Australian business expanding & due to a recent promotion they are looking for a Receptionist & Admin Officer to join the business. Based near Parramatta this is a great opportunity for someone with a strong customer focus & SAP experience, who is looking to work close to home for a large corporate.
Your responsibilities will include:
- welcoming clients
- booking and preparing meeting rooms
- ordering stationery
- distributing mail and general administration duties to support the outcomes of the business
- excellent phone manner, the ability to manage multiple lines
- be a quick learner of systems/processes
- process orders & documents through SAP
You will have similar experience in a corporate environment. You will be driven, diligent & professionally presented. My client is looking for someone with a fantastic attitude, so you will need the energy & capability to perform across a number of sections.
