Our client has been a global leader in their industry for over 50 years, providing world class products & service to their extensive client base all over the world. With the Australian business expanding & due to a recent promotion they are looking for a Receptionist & Admin Officer to join the business. Based in Smithfield this is a great opportunity for someone with a strong customer focus looking to work close to home and get their foot in the door to a large corporate. This role is to start ASAP.
Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- welcoming clients,
- booking and preparing meeting rooms,
- ordering stationery,
- distributing mail and general administration duties to support the outcomes of the business,
- you will have excellent phone manner,
- the ability to manage multiple lines,
- and be a quick learner of systems/processes
You will have similar experience in a business services environment. You will be driven, diligent & professionally presented. My client is looking for someone with a fantastic attitude, so you will need the energy & capability to perform across a number of sections.
