Your new company and role
This Aged Care Provider runs a large network of Aged Care Residential Care and Retirement facilities. They are currently seeking a full-time Property Accountant to join their busy operations.

To thrive in this fast-paced, pivotal role, you will be a hands-on Property Accountant or Finance Manager with substantial Maintenance, Procurement, Refurbishment and Capital Expenditure experience within a complex facilities management or construction setting.
Your duties will involve;

  • Managing Capex Budgets and Expenditure
  • Managing Capex Spending and Business Planning
  • Procurement Process Improvements
  • Project Review and Analysis
  • Compiling Business Case Proposals
  • Commercial benefit vs Cost Analysis
  • Fixed Assets Accounting
  • Month and Year-End Reconciliations

What you'll need to succeed
You will hold yourself to the highest standards having already finished a degree and have ideally completed/or nearly completed your CA or CPA qualifications. This role will require advanced Excel skills and a strong ability to efficiently navigate a mid-tier Aged Care Accounting Package such a MS Dynamics or Epicor.

What you'll get in return
This exciting role is based near St Leonards and is looking to pay 85-95K + Super depending on level of relevant expertise. This role is ideally looking for an immediate start!
