About the role
My client are looking to speak to experienced Program Directors to lead their Brisbane based team!
You will be responsible for leading a team that provides operational performance, support and enhancement of technology systems and applications, to ensure service availability and functionality meets customer requirements.
Candidates with knowledge or experience in supply chain/retail systems, cloud technology familiarity and excellent communication skills will be highly regarded
Your Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of service management processes
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in a delivery leadership role
- Proven people leadership experience with ability to lead and inspire a team of technology professionals in an onshore/offshore model
- Strong knowledge of Service Management Processes and associated qualifications
- Proficient communication, presentation, working with external parties and managing internal and external resources when required
- Demonstrated ability to perform within a complex and rapidly changing environment
- Understanding of data centre infrastructure design & architecture principles
- Understanding of Network infrastructure design & architecture principles
- Experience and knowledge of Digital technologies
