They have a dominant presence in Australia and have posted strong results and growth. Due to this expansion they are looking to add a Graduate Procurement Officer to the team who is looking for a career in the procurement specialism.
Your new job
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will be required to help drive the procurement team in a number of areas. This includes processing purchase requisitions and orders, matching invoices, collating finance reports,contract administration, ensure compliance with policy and procedure and working with all stakeholders to ascertain procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements.
What you need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work autonomously, and possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 1-2 experience working in a similar procurement role and/or specialist studies at an Australian university in procurement and supply chain management would be highly regarded. The company provides a great culture and work environment & is looking for someone to add to that dynamic.
What you will get in return
This role is based in the Fairfield Area at a salary level of 50-55K + Super. The role will begin initially as a temp position with view to extension or permanency depending on performance and operational needs. Immediate start available for the right candidate!
