As a Process Improvement Engineer, the primary purpose of the role is to develop, implement, and drive continuous improvement plans across the lines. You will be able to manage several tasks and stakeholders simultaneously. With your excellent communication skills, both oral and written, you will develop sustainable operating standards, procedures and improve the fault finding abilities of process operators and maintenance team members.

You will be able to demonstrate drive, enthusiasm and a sense of urgency in achieving results. This will be supported by the ability to own a line/projects, striving to achieve.

As an individual you will be a degree qualified mechanical with over five years' experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment in Australia. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, also being results focused and a determined engineer who strives to succeed and is able to adapt to changing environments. It is imperative you are able to demonstrate strong fault finding capability, supported by the ability to identify solutions and improve overall plant reliability.
