We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant for our Technology & Digital team to be based in either our Sydney CBD or Parramatta offices. We offer a genuinely flexible work environment (very school holiday friendly!) and an opportunity to sit alongside (and hopefully learn from) established recruiters. A background in contracting/temporary recruitment would be hugely advantageous for this role, although specific Technology recruitment experience is not mandatory - if you possess a strong interest in this space, we are happy to provide training.
Our existing client base is diverse, ranging from local digital start-ups to multinational firms. The greatest area of demand from our Clients is for project-based temporary contractors and we expect this to consume most of your time. However, if you're currently running a successful permanent desk and are considering a change, we're open to ideas. The ideal person for this role will have a passion for business development, efficient delivery and achieving fabulous feedback.
