Your new role
Supporting the Parts Coordinator, The Spare Parts Administrator works full-time within the Service Management Team. This role will initially temporary with view to permanency according to permanent and operational needs. We need an intelligent and articulate individual to a complex full function Procure to Pay cycle;
- Ordering goods from overseas and domestically
- Liaising with suppliers over the phone and via email
- Raising purchase orders
- Quoting customers for space parts
- Tracking orders and quotations until delivery
- Handling Accounts Payable and Receivable
What you need to succeed
This role is looking for out-standing communication solid knowledge of Purchasing and Accounts. You will need Advanced MS Excel skills and exceptional organisation skills are essential for this role. Prior experience using the inventory and payable modules within a mid-tier accounting package will ensure that you are able to pick up the role efficiently.
What you will get in return
This role is based in spacious, modern officers and is close to bus and train public transport links. It offers an excellent hourly rate of between $28-35 + Super (pro-rata) depending on depth level of relevant experience. Should this role become permanent the salary level is between 60-70K + Super.
