Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Parts Coordinator, The Part-time Spare Parts Administrator works within the Service Management Team. This role will initially be 3 days a week part-time with view to permanency or possibly more days according to permanent and operational needs. We need an intelligent and articulate individual to a full Procure to Pay cycle which includes;
- Ordering goods from overseas and domestically
- Liaising with suppliers over the phone and via email
- Raising purchase orders
- Quoting customers for space parts
- Tracking orders and quotations until delivery
- Handling Accounts Payable and Receivable
What you need to succeed
This role is looking for out-standing communication solid knowledge of Purchasing and Accounts. You will need Advanced MS Excel skills and exceptional organisation skills are essential for this role. Prior experience using the purchasing and payable modules within any mid-tier accounting package (such as JD Edwards) would be very beneficial.

This role is based in spacious, modern officers and is close to bus and train public transport links. It offers an excellent salary of between $28-35 + Super (pro-rata) depending on depth level of relevant experience.
