A CPA Qualified Owner / Director of a Parramatta based Accounting Consultation is currently seeking a Part-time Book-keeping All-rounder to support her servicing a rapidly growing client portfolio.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this fast-paced role, you will be a hands-on and independent professional with strong English communication skills and several years' recent book-keeping experience using MYOB, XERO, Reckon and Excel.
Your duties will involve the timely and accurate assistance with;
* Full function Accounts Payable and Receivable
* Assisting with Payroll Processing
* Reconciliations, General Ledger and Journals
* Month end closings, BAS and adhoc reporting
* General administration and customer service as required
What you'll get in return
An exciting Part-time Contract role offers an initial 2 days/week with additional hours possible according to performance and operational requirements. School hours and some working for home privileges may be possible depending on job fit. You will need to be immediately available to interview and start ASAP!
