This is a South Western Sydney based printing company. This role seeks a true all-rounder. You will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in a close knit small business setting
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this Office Manager role, you will be a hands-on professional with an out-going personality and a broad office skill-set.
Your duties will involve the timely and accurate assistance with;
* Full function MYOB Book-keeping
* Coordinating dispatch and arranging couriers
* Handling customer service queries
* General administration
* Document management
You will be an independent, positive and strongly focused solution seeker. You will be communicating clearly across the business, consistently in an upbeat. emotionally intelligent manner.
You will not only strong in day-to-day operational accounts (50% of role) but also a flexible team player who loves keeping busy with adhoc administrative tasks.
This role will require intermediate Excel and MYOB skills and a strong ability to learn quickly on the job.
