A well-established global sales and distribution company based in Northern Auckland, is looking for an independent and experienced Office/Accounts Administrator to provide support to the NZ arm of this organization. With branches in over 45 countries and a strong brand name worldwide, they are the leading supplier in the leisure consumer products field.
Reporting to both the operations and finance departments the Office and Accounts Administrator is responsible for the accurate management of the accounting areas of AP, AR and Banking as well as providing overall support to the New Zealand branch and team ensuring the smooth operation of all administration activities.

- 3-5 years' experience working in a similar role
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Experience with AP and AR
- Team player that can work autonomously
- Be a self driven, self starter
- Strong systems skills
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise
