An opportunity has become available for an Office Administrator to join a well-known global market leader that operate across a number of industry sectors. This multinational is constantly at the front of their field and has been experiencing significant growth across APAC in the last 5 years. The Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Admin, your focus will range across a number of sectors in the business including office management, finance, legal, & HR. Key responsibilities include:
- General office management & maintenance
- Admin relating to insurances, & credit risk management
- Assisting payroll with onboarding new staff, Visa applications, awards
- Updating the group website & organization chart
- Preparing presentations & reports
- Maintaining staff manual and office standards
- Overseeing office expenses
- General Ad Hoc duties
Preferred Experience
The successful candidate will have the below experience and attributes:
- 2+ years in a similar role, ideally in a corporate environment
- Industry experience in legal, finance, banking, or corporate services ideal
- Strong used of the Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work pro-actively & autonomously
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
