Based near Parramatta - this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an organisation that embraces a work/life approach to employment. They are looking for a HR professional to lead all HR initiatives, manage all things operational to improve the HR function and overall business processes.

The Role
In this standalone role, reporting to the MD, you will be required to partner the wider business by determining the HR strategy in line with the business and corporate vision. This includes the full scope of HR functions such as employee relations, remuneration & benefits, staff engagement, and organisational change and design. You will be required to provide expert advice to the Group on all HR and IR issues. You will work with the business unit heads across Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Supply Chain to look at systems and processes to ensure best practice, talent management and succession planning. As the HR Manager you will also be responsible for recruitment, selection & retention, as well as driving corporate culture & values. You will lead EA negotiations and handle all WGEA reporting.

Preferred Experience
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years' experience in a HR Management role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment. At least 5 of this must be in Australia. You will also have a proven background in partnering a business across a regional area.
You will have a degree in a HR related discipline, but more importantly a passion and energy for your job. You will have outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work with people on all levels in the business. You will be self-sufficient in all HR administrative responsibilities.
