POSITION
Marketing Communications Coordinator
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Working in a highly sophisticated and supported Marketing function, you will assist with event management, the development of marketing material, business planning, e-marketing/digital aspects and standard marketing mix duties. Projects will include:
- Development of e-newsletter (taking into account key messaging, distribution and tracking via CRM)
- Assist in planning and executing external e-marketing campaigns (social media included)
- Work collaboratively with sales, operations and other cross-functional areas
- Coordinate promotional item development (to be used at events and customer sites)
- Maintain promotional material (messaging, design and other aspects)
- Represent Marketing function in relation to internal demands and requests
KEY CRITERIA
- Outstanding communication skills
- Well presented
- Proven success working in a visible role within a matrix organisation
- Sound Technical Skills (Adobe, MS office)
- E-marketing/Digital Marketing skills
- Demonstrated success launching social media campaigns
- Strong reporting skills (post campaign)
- Experience designing and creating marketing collateral
- Event management experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing or other related discipline
