The Company
Permanent opportunity with a global company charged with the coordination of the logistics and purchasing processes. You will join a small team during an exciting time of growth in the company. Situated near the train station in Mascot, makes it an easily accessible location.

The Role
Reporting to the Logistics Manager - International, you will ensure that logistics and purchasing processes are streamlined and cost effective.
Conduct price checks on invoices to PO's and check the orders
Ensure shipments are accurately costed
Oversee inventory and report on any shortages, coordinate international purchasing if required
Track export orders to ensure delivery on time and in full
Manage and coordinate inbound freighting
Booking and scheduling of shipments and local transportation

Preferred Experience
3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills
Ability to co-ordinate the inbound logistics for the company
Ability to manage and maintain the ERP system - Pronto
Experience in dealing with customs and goods inwards and quoting of international freight costs
