About the role

Because of their immense growth in client portfolio, an exciting opportunity has come up in one of their tier 1 client in Melbourne. They are urgently looking for multiple experienced Kronos Consultants to support their client's key business. All roles are based in Melbourne. The successful candidate will need to have the following key attributes:

  • Extensive working knowledge of SuccessFactor EC Payroll solution, at least 2-3 implementations of SuccessFactors
  • Ability to facilitate business workshops to recommend solutions to the client
  • Proven success working within a consulting business
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management
  • Provide guidance on business processes based upon sound understanding of key functions within EC Payroll.
  • This is a hands-on role the candidate is expected to have good understanding of HCM & Payroll plus the integration points with the other modules of SAP and SuccessFactors.

The consultant will be responsible for defining the SuccessFactors payroll solution and the associated integration to the Kronos time management solution. Candidates with good working experience in EC payroll area and should have been involved in at least one implementation involving Kronos integrations.
