About the Client and Role

Our client, a global IT consultancy, is looking for an ININ Engineer to start work on an exciting and challenging undertaking for one of their partners within the BFSI industry. This role is a 6+ month contract position, and will be based in the partner's Sydney CBD offices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
• ININ Certified Professional qualification
• Contact centre experience
• Strong telephony knowledge
• Experience of Cisco UC and telephony.
• Financial services domain experience (desirable)
