Our client a well-established global sales and distribution company in the leisure industry is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic HR Co-ordinator for an IMMEDIATE START for a two-month temp assignment. They have a strong brand name internationally and are represented in all major retail outlets.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager you will be responsible to assist in all HR operational duties, including but not limited to:
- End to end recruitment and selection, such as placing adverts, shortlisting, interviewing and on-boarding process and paperwork
- HR Reporting & budgeting
- Presentation preparation
- Play an instrumental role in the development and direction of the HR function
- Add value and positively contribute to the company's growth
- All HR admin related duties
- Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' Australian working experience in a similar role
You will have a degree in a HR related discipline, but more importantly passion and energy for your job.
Strong understanding of the Fairwork Act, Australian Workplace Law and relevant Awards
You will have outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work with people on all levels in the business and provide advice to senior leaders
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflow
