My client is a global Construction business based in the CBD with a proven track record in commercial infrastructure space for the last 50 years. Due to continuous growth and an influx of new projects throughout 2018, they are looking for an HR Administrator to join the team ASAP for a short term contract.
The Role
Support the HR & Recruitment team, with the successful candidate possessing outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and work pro-actively. Responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new employees & contractors
- Screen & prioritise candidate resumes
- Coordinate inductions & training
- Data entry & Excel
- Assist with starter packs and reporting
- Liaising with various sites & project teams
- Ad hoc admin duties
Your Experience
You will have a relative tertiary education (ideally in HR), and some office & admin support experience. You will need to able to start immediately. You are driven, diligent & professionally presented. Finally, we are looking for someone with a good sense of humour with high levels of emotional intelligence. This is a tight-knit team and they are looking to maintain a strong culture within.
