About the Client and Role
Our client, a global IT consultancy, is looking for a Functional Support Analyst to start work on an exciting and challenging Office 365 project for one of their major transportation partners. This role is a 6+ month contract position, and will be based in the partner's Brisbane offices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional support on the Office 365 Suite, and coordinating with Microsoft Support and other teams.
- Experience supporting the following products / utilities within the Office 365 suite: Outlook, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, Sway, Skype for Business, Power BI, Dynamics, Delve, Calendar, Flow, Forms, Power Users, Power Apps, and SharePoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
