As the Electrical Technical Officer you will report to the Senior Electrical Engineer and be responsible for executing electrical engineering plans to ensure ongoing reliability of equipment and machinery in plant. With your excellent communication skills, both oral and written, you will develop sustainable operating standards, procedures and improve the fault-finding abilities of process operators and maintenance team members. You will work with electrical and electronic components such as power reticulation, control systems, SCADA, PLC programming and drives and motors.

As an individual you will be diploma qualified as an electrical engineer with over five years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Australia. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, also being results focused and a determined engineer who strives to succeed and is able to adapt to changing environments. It is imperative you can demonstrate strong fault-finding capability, supported by the ability to identify solutions and improve overall plant reliability.
