The Company
A known market leading brand with strong international brand is currently looking for an experienced Customer Relations Specialist to jump on board and look after key accounts. A broad and challenging position this role will see you have responsibilities across Customer relations and Key Accounts, Supply chain and Inventory and also Master Data.

The Role
Reporting into the Customer Relations Manager, your responsibilities are to:

  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered according to required time slots
  • Process Sales Orders ensuring system accuracy
  • Work with warehouse and transport providers to ensure agreed service levels
  • Respond to and investigate customer queries in relation to short orders, late deliveries, lost orders or incorrect deliveries,
  • Support the Customer Master Data process and the establishment of Supply Chain flows to external parties for new customers
  • Create, maintain and control Product Master
  • Daily inventory reconciliation and root cause analysis on issues
  • Maintain the container spreadsheet ensure accuracy with documents and invoices
  • Participate in Supply Chain team meetings offering suggestions and feedback

Preferred Experience

  • Applied understanding of supply chain process within FMCG or Manufacturing environment
  • Managing key account orders and delivery
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Developed systems skills including strong Excel skills
