My client is a new player in their field and taking on the market with an aggressive and highly successful growth drive. With supportive management & quality training they have continuously progressed and promoted their loyal staff and due to the continued organic expansion they are currently looking for the services of an experienced and motivated customer service professional to join the customer care team based on the North Shore in their expanding head office.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage inbound calls professionally and in a timely manner, delivering exceptional customer service;
- Complaint Management and Customer advice
- Preparation of customer KPI's, analyzing data and presenting solutions creating quotations and costings for customers
- Supply pricing for customers
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and other duties as required;
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven ability to work cohesively in a team environment;
- Strong administration skills, high level of detail and accuracy;
- Self-motivated and have infectious energy;
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; and
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service and increase business opportunities with every customer interaction.
