KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the State Sales Manager your focus will be two-fold; new business development and account management.
Your daily duties will include:
  • Develop new business targeting HVAC Contractors, Construction firms and end-user accounts
  • Support dealer channel with sales support
  • Identify new business opportunities within the Victorian market
  • Negotiate volume, margin and other commercial aspects
  • Report of sales activity, pipeline and revenue
  • Forecast sales growth within the Victorian region
  • Update internal CRM on sales activity and pipeline
KEY CRITERIA
  • Demonstrated experience fulfilling a field based sales role within the HVAC industry
  • Strong new business development capabilities
  • Proven experience selling technical HVAC product solutions
  • Excellent commercial skills
  • Culturally aligned - dynamic, articulate, outgoing and engaging
