This organisation is based in Inner-Western Sydney and a is a respected providers of Aged care homes, residential villages and provider of nursing care.
Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Revenue Manager leads a close knit team of 4 staff and will take charge of end-to-end contract management and billing processes. This exciting and busy hands-on role will involve;
* Management of the billing process
* Leading Billings/Admissions team of 4-6 staff
* Reconciliation and reporting of debtors
* Managing outstanding debt
* Raising invoices, receipting and allocation of payments
* Process invoices and receipts * Banking and reconciliations
* Review payment processing
What you need to succeed
This role is looking for out-standing communication solid knowledge of In-home Care Fees and charges within the Disability Sector, Aged Care and Retirement Village legislation and a deep understanding of fees, bonds, billing and compliance requirements within the sector. Excellent MS Excel skills and an understanding of Epicor or other Aged Care specific software programs would be very highly regarded.
What you will get in return
This role can offer an excellent salary of between 75-100K + Super depending on level of experience.
