Your new role

We are urgently seeking a talented Administrator / Officer Manager to be providing Statewide Administration expertise to Sydney and interstate based facilities. As an Administration expert you will be roving across multiple sites handling;

  • Reception and general office support
  • Reception and general office support
  • Facilitating resident Discharges and Admissions
  • Checking and in-putting paper based time sheets
  • HR processes; On Boarding and Phone screening
  • Arranging training for the Home's employees
  • Coordinating with head office
  • Supporting Facility Manager and Clinical staff

What you need to succeed

This role seeking people person who is curious, compassionate, flexible and love variety and travel. You will be a bright, flexible and customer focused Administrator who relishes the opportunity to work with a wide variety of stakeholders.

To succeed you will need to be Tech-savvy, have own transport and Australia Permanent Residency. The salary banding for this opportunity is 63K + Super and permanent residency and the ability to pass a Reference Checking and a Criminal Record Check is essential.
