This Northern Sydney based Aged Care provider runs a portfolio of award winning Aged Care Facilities. This role seeks a true all-rounder. You will be responsible for supporting Facility Executive to handle a range of Administration, Customer Service/Sales, Administration and Roster functions.

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this fast-paced, pivotal role, you will be a well presented and hands-on professional with an out-going personality and a broad office skill-set. Your duties will involve the timely and accurate assistance with;

* Admin, Sales & Marketing
* Assisting Payroll / Roster
* Customer Service
* Arranging facility tours
* Managing contracts
* Document control
* Fast and accurate typing
* Excellent organisation / time management
* Strong systems, Word and Excel skills

You will be an empathetic, positive and solution focused professional. You will enjoy initiating coordination between the families, suppliers, finance and facility staff. You will be communicating clearly across the business, consistently in an upbeat. emotionally intelligent and culturally aware manner. You will not only strong in day-to-day operational accounts processing but also strong in identifying opportunities to improve business operations.
