This Not-for-Profit Community Services organization is based in the Burwood area and runs a broad portfolio of programs.
The Accounts Payable Manager mentors a medium sized team and works closely with the Finance Manager to ensure streamlined Procure2Pay operations.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this fast-paced, pivotal role, you will be Accounts Payable expert with several years' staff management experience.
You will ideally be tertiary qualified with experience using a mid-tier accounting program such as Great Plains and associated expense management systems.
Your duties will involve the timely and accurate completion of;
* End-to-end Procure-to-Pay experience
* Advising ways to further streamline operations
* Accurate journals, general ledger, reconciliation and expense reporting
* Exceptions time management and prioritizing skills
* Engaging in a warm, clear and professional manner.
This role will require advanced Excel skills and a strong ability to efficiently navigate a mid-tier Accounting Package and other computer systems.
