This is a demanding position, with the successful candidate possessing outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and work pro-actively. Responsibilities include:
- Customer service & building rapport with clients
- Face to face meetings & appointments
- Account management
- Managing, training, and motivating Admin staff
- Admin, billing, and reporting requirements
- Sales & marketing
- CRM and database management
- Networking, events, and brand building
